We ship all orders with as minimal packaging as possible. All orders to Malta are delivered by our own Delivery personnel, however we use an exterior company for Gozo deliveries.​

Returns 

Please note that we will only accept products in their original packaging and won’t accept any unsealed products. Any products returned to us this way won’t be refunded, and the product will be sent back to the customer.

Standard Shipping: If you placed an order using "standard shipping" and you want to return it, you will be refunded the product price only. The return shipping costs will be paid by you.

General information on returns and exchanges
Free return shipping if we've sent you the wrong item or size or your product arrived damaged.

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange for another product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order. 

 

How to return an item
You have the right to return your order within fourteen days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you.

If you want to return an item, simply email us at admin@denimandlion.com, tell us your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service will guide you through the quick process.

Make sure the items you want to return are sealed and in their original packaging including all tags for a full refund. Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package.

Returns have to be paid by you, we will give you the return address through our communications via e-mail.

Once we've received the returned items, we will examine them and start your refund process. If you followed the return instructions correctly, the product price will be refunded.

Think about the impact on the environment
Please also bear in mind that shipping goods back and forth generates greenhouse gases that are accelerating climate change. We encourage you to choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments.
